Most residential excavation and site prep jobs run between roughly $2,500 and $15,000, driven by slope, access, how much material has to move and whether there is rock. We help with them. Erosion control measures, county grading and driveway permits, NCDOT driveway connections and utility locates are all part of how we plan a job. Septic permits come from your county health department and we work from those documents rather than around them.
